Conference Objectives

International Conference for Trucking-2015 aims to bring together leading transport industry officers, researchers, commercial drivers, potential drivers and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results about all aspects of Transportation Technology and on Road Safety and Freedom of the drivers while maintaining the safety of People, Property and Information. It also provides the premier interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary forum for drivers, planners, researchers, practitioners and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns, practical challenges encountered on the road and the solutions adopted in the field of Highway Transportation.

Call for Participation

You are encouraged to help and contribute the shape of the conference through paper submissions. For the Driving Experience and Research, Technical Research and on the road problems encountered by other drivers and Govt. and non-Govt. officers which helped or harassed you on road we invite high quality submissions of papers describing results of conceptual, constructive, empirical, experimental, or theoretical work in all areas of Highway Driving and Transportation Industry. The conference solicits contributions of short speech, full-length papers, short papers, posters and abstracts that address the themes and topics for the conference, including figures, tables and references of novel research material. Please review the submission and formatting instructions carefully. Submissions that do not comply with the instructions and size limits will be rejected.

*Canadian participants can pay same Fee in CND$. All non-Canadians will pay in US$.

Invitation letter:

Invitation letters will be served once participant has completed their Registration and fee is paid. Non-Canadians may need the Invitation letter to get Canadian Visa and or entry to Canada to participate in the Conference.

Non-Canadian may need Canadian Visa to enter in Canada to attend the conference. Although citizens of many countries are waived to have the Canadian Visa. For more information about Canadian Visitor Visa or entry please visit www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas.asp But everyone who wants to attend the conference must have an Invitation letter for the International Conference. You will get the Invitation letter once you register for the conference. Registration fee is refundable if you cancel your registration within 4 hours (only for early bird registration less $300 cancellation fee) and no refund after that.

Special Service for Canadian Visa Applicants:

Special Service is available if you want us to send the Official Invitation letter to the Canadian Visa Office in your Country or any other office. Special Service Fee: $100

Sponsorship:

Trucking companies are encouraged to sponsor the event for just $1000.00. You will get Award of Appreciation to your company/business from World Truckers Board, one free admission in the event, your company logo on the International Conference Certificate. One person can be your recruiter to hire the new drivers especially if you are LMO approved to hire Non-Canadian Foreign drivers. · There may be Audio/Video coverage for the proceeding so that we can request the Govt about various issues.

Food and Accommodation:

Participants must arrange their own Food and Accommodation however there may be light snack and drinks during the event. We may provide you accommodation at discount rate to early bird registrants who ask for accommodation.

International Conference Certificate

will be awarded to each participant/registrant. If any registrant could not participate the event due to any reason (i.e. medical problem, leave not granted from employer/Institution, visa or entry refusal to Canada etc.) their Certificate will be mailed to their address provided in Registration. Registration fee is not refundable. Event venue may be changed according to number of participants if necessary but organizers will try to make it closer to original venue and will be informed to registrants.

Bonus: Each Registrant will get Proud Membership Certificate from World Truckers Board.

• Venue may be changed according to number of participants but will be in same city/area and will try close to find nearby but will advise you by e-mail.

Topics of the Conference:

• Increase of driving hours of Service (HOS) per week for the peace of mind of the truckers
• Flexibility of maximum Wheelbase where LCV is permitted
• Drivers shortage in Canada and the United States.
• Freedom of Truckers from Inspections Stations unless in violation
• No Pull-Over to Trucks unless solid reason is there
• Truckers contracts disputes handled by State/Provincial Truckers Association or Boards
• Trucker’s laws should be made by/with Truckers who practically encounter on the road issues.
• Any other topics/ideas are welcome and need to be submitted while registration.
• Problems with Electronics Log books and solutions.
• No On-road reset unless driver wants to rest.
• Trucks Govt Safety valid (for 12 month in MB) from any State mentioned/permitted in Apportioned Cab Card where truck is permitted to run legally and usually.
